Chennai: TNCC chief S. Thirunavukkarasar on Tuesday welcomed the VCK's support for its nominee V. Narayanasamy in Nellithoppu in Puducherry.
However, he also added that the inner contradictions in the People's Welfare Front had started coming out and predicted that the front would not last for a long time.
The Congress leader also denied the charges of BJP state president Tamilisai Soundarrajan that Congress government was responsible for the problems of Tamil Nadu in jallikattu and Cauvery. He said the BJP which is in power should take steps to solve the issues instead of blaming the Congress.
