Nizamabad Police Do Mock Drill Ahead of PM\'s Visit

Hyderabad: Prime Minister Narendra Modi would visit Nizamabad from Bidar airport in Karnataka by an Indian Airforce chopper on October 1 to attend public meetings and other programmes.

Following the prime Minister's visit to Nizamabad, the district police, PMO officials including IAF officials conducted a trial run with a chopper. The Nizamabad police officials also stated that they have done mock drills in view of the Prime Minister's visit.

Around 2.10 pm, the Prime Minister would arrive at Bidar airport. At 2.55 pm, the Prime Minister would depart from Bidar to Nizamabad by a Chopper. The Prime Minister would participate in several programmes in Nizamabad. Later, the Prime Minister would attend a public meeting. He would theb proceed to Bidar by a Chopper.

Similarly, the Union Minister for Social Justice and Empowerment Ramdas Athawale would arrive in the city on October 3. The Union Minister Ramdas Athawale, the national president of the Republican Party of India (A), would participate in RPI's foundation day celebration and public meeting to be held at Nampally Exhibition Grounds at 2 pm.
