Hyderabad: While welcoming the decision of Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao to take the media to visit the Kaleswaram project, the Congress demanded that he give a detailed project report (DPR) and contract details of the project to the mediapersons.
Congress Legislature Party leader Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka speaking to the media on Thursday said that Mr Rao had announced in the Assembly that he would give the Kaleshwaram DPR to all legislators but had not done so. He asked Mr Rao to fulfil the promise.
Mr Mallu Bhatti welcomed the decision of Mr Rao to give Rs 10 lakh to every family in his native village Chintamadaka but wanted the facility to be available to all households. He said that the CM should look at all the people as being equal.
He pointed out that the money to be distributed to the families of Chintamadaka was not from Mr Rao’s farm house....
