Hyderabad: After a long time TRS working president K.T. Rama Rao and MLA T. Harish Rao shared the dais on Monday at party headquarters, TRS Bhavan.
The occasion was former Congress minister Sunitha Laxma Reddy from Medak district joining the TRS.
The two TRS leaders were last seen on one platform on December 17, 2018 when Mr Rama Rao had taken charge as TRS working president. The once powerful Harish Rao’s absence since then had fuelled rumours of his fall from grace.
However, recently, the two cousins met at a party workers’ meeting in Medak before the announcement of the Lok Sabha election schedule, and on Monday, they both looked relaxed and were laughing together.
Mr Rama Rao praised Harish Rao for being the architect of the party’s strategy that won the TRS nine assembly seats out of 10 in Medak district.
