After Joining Congress Few Days Back, BRS MLA Bapu Rao Looks to Join BJP Now

Adilabad: BRS MLA Rathod Bapu Rao, who joined the Congress a few days ago, is likely to join the BJP in the presence of the party’s top leader Amit Shah if he was assured of a ticket to contest elections from the Boath Assembly constituency.

Speculation is rife Soyam Bapu Rao, BJP MP from Adilabad, was not happy with the party's high command’s decision to field him to contest the Assembly elections from Boath as he want to continue to be an MP.

Political equations in the Nirmal district are fast changing with BJP leader Padakanti Ramadevi of Mudhole joining the BRS while former Nirmal MLA and BRS leader Nalla Indrakaran Reddy (not Minister Indrakaran Reddy) joining the BJP.

As Mudhole BRS candidate G. Vittal Reddy was facing dissidence within the party, some senior BRS leaders from Mudhole joined the BJP recently.

On the other hand, Ramadevi quit the BJP for denying a ticket from Mudhole and later joined the BRS in the presence of party working president K.T Rama Rao.
