Jagan Mohan Reddy kick starts Anna Pilupu campaign

The first meeting took place in Hyderabad, which will be followed by 13 district-wise meetings in the coming weeks

Vijayawada: Leader of Opposition and YSRC chief Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy kick-started the ‘Anna Pilupu’ campaign by meeting the first set of village-level neutral influencers on Thursday. The first meeting took place in Hyderabad, which will be followed by 13 district-wise meetings in the coming weeks

During January, over 60,000 plus neutral village-level influencers across the state of Andhra Pradesh received personalised letters from Mr Jagan Mohan Reddy. These letters were addressed to them directly, recognised their specific contributions to society and appreciated them for playing a part in the state's development. Through these letters, Mr Reddy also urged upon them to share their inputs and suggestions for the development of their region as well as their state, which could help him in creating a blueprint for Andhra Pradesh's future.

Each letter gives the influencer an email id officeofysjagan@gmail.com, a phone number +919199691996 connecting to the YSRC chief, through which they could either give their suggestions or express interest in meeting him directly. In the coming weeks, Mr Reddy will be interacting with these influencers in the meetings that will happen in their districts.

The first such meeting happened on Thursday, with the first batch of neutral influencers. These influencers had travelled from Guntur, West Godavari, Krishna, Prakasam, Kurnool, and other districts for this meeting. In the meeting Mr Reddy addressed these influencers and conveyed his vision for Andhra Pradesh.

Mr Jagan said that YSRC will play a pivotal role if bagged more number seats and there are possibilities for a hung verdict at Centre. He said in such a scenario, YSRC will support the party that assures and safeguards Andhra Pradesh interests. He also reiterated that YSRC will not have alliance with any political party.
