Operation Sindoor: 27 Airports Across India Shut, Over 400 Flights Cancelled
The Indian army and Air Force jointly carried out missile strikes on nine terror targets in Pakistan and Pakistan-Occupied Kashmir under the name Operation Sindoor.

Hyderabad: Following operation Sindoor, as many as 27 airports have been shut down in northern and north-western regions in India on Thursday. Apart from this, 430 flights have also been cancelled until May 10, Saturday.
The airports that have been cancelled include, Srinagar, Jammu, Leh, Chandigarh, Amritsar, Ludhiana, Patiala, Bathinda, Halwara, Pathankot, Bhuntar, Shimla, Gaggal, Dharamsala, Kishangarh, Jaisalmer,Jodhpur, Bikaner, Mundra, Jamnagar, Rajkot, Porbandar, Kandla, Keshod, Bhuj, Gwalior, and Hindon.
The Indian army and Air Force jointly carried out missile strikes on nine terror targets in Pakistan and Pakistan-Occupied Kashmir under the name Operation Sindoor. The strike lasted from 1.05 am to 1.30 am on May 7, Wednesday. This was in response to the Pahalgam attack on April 22 that claimed the lives of 26 people.
