Now You Can Check Ayodhya Weather at IMD Website

Hyderabad: Those heading for Ayodhya either to witness the consecration of the Ram Lalla idol at the Ram Temple, or even later, can be better prepared with respect to what kind of preparations to make for the projected weather conditions. With winter slowly waning but north India continuing to be under a grip of some cold and foggy conditions, a quick check on weather conditions, might not be a bad idea before heading out on a pilgrimage to Ayodhya.

The Indian Meteorological Department now provides detailed forecasts for a week ahead for Ayodhya, and for the record, on January 22 when the consecration will take place, the day in Ayodhya is expected to start with a chilly 9 degrees Celsius at 5.30 a.m., amidst some fog with the temperature rising slowly to around 20 degrees by 11 am. The day is expected to be dry, with a maximum possible temperature of 22 degrees with a gentle breeze ranging from 2.5 kmph to around 7 kmph.
