Thiruvananthapuram: Narendra Modi on Thursday said Kerala is poised for political change, asserting that the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) is witnessing a positive wave in the state.
Addressing party workers through a virtual interaction, he said the state was ready not only for a new government but also for a new system. He cited enthusiasm at recent events in Palakkad and a roadshow in Thrissur as indicators of support for the party, and said efforts were focused on securing victory in Thiruvananthapuram.
He said, “Kerala is set to make history this time,” adding that Thiruvananthapuram had set an example in the state. He also said he would return for further campaigning, while declining to comment on the FCRA issue.
