MNS Leader’s Son Booked for Drunk Driving After Crashing Into Woman’s Car in Mumbai
Rahil Javed Shaikh, son of MNS vice president Javed Shaikh, seen in viral video abusing and confronting woman after allegedly ramming her car in Andheri while intoxicated

In a shocking incident late Sunday night, Rahil Javed Shaikh, son of Maharashtra Navnirman Sena (MNS) state vice president Javed Shaikh, allegedly hit a woman’s car while driving under the influence in Andheri West. The woman, identified as Rajshree More, has filed a police complaint and posted a video of the incident on Instagram, which has since gone viral.
Rajshree, reportedly a former close friend of actor Rakhi Sawant, captured footage showing Rahil Shaikh in a semi-naked state, hurling abuses and confronting her and the police. In the video, he is purportedly heard saying, “Bh**od paishe the,” and boasts, “My father is the state vice president of MNS.”
The video further shows Shaikh getting into a heated altercation with police officers, resisting attempts to calm him down, and charging toward Rajshree. At one point, he dares her to go ahead and report him,"Go and tell the cops I am Javed Shaikh's son, then you'll see what happens," he is heard threatening in Marathi.
The incident occurred around 11:45 pm when Rajshree’s car was hit from behind near the Andheri signal. She said Rahil appeared heavily drunk and unstable. She immediately called the Andheri Police, who arrived at the scene and later confirmed a case had been registered.
Rahil was subjected to a breathalyser test, which reportedly confirmed alcohol levels beyond the permissible limit. An FIR has been filed under IPC sections 279, 336, 427 and Section 185 of the Motor Vehicles Act for drunk and rash driving.
The accused is under investigation, and police are reviewing CCTV footage and mobile video evidence. No statement has yet been issued by MNS or Javed Shaikh. The incident has triggered sharp public criticism, especially on social media, over VIP arrogance and threats to law enforcement. Rajshree has demanded strict action and equal treatment under the law, “He used his father’s political post to intimidate me. If I didn’t record it, the truth would be buried.”
