PUNE: Minda Corporation, the flagship company of the Spark Minda Group, has appointed Ajay Agarwal as President for Finance & Strategy.
The move comes as the company looks to strengthen its leadership team and sharpen its focus on long-term value creation, disciplined growth, and operational excellence, the company said.
The appointment comes as the automotive component manufacturer enters its next phase of growth.
Agarwal, a Chartered Accountant and Lawyer with over 24 years of executive experience, will lead key financial functions including corporate planning, Merger & Acquisition, Joint Ventures, and Investor Relations.
He previously served as President-Finance and Strategy at Vedanta Limited and held leadership positions at KPMG and PwC.
