Counting to begin at 8 AM
Maharashtra: The counting of votes for Maharashtra Assembly elections held on November 20 is all set to begin at 8am. The BJP-led Mahayuti is looking to regain power while the MVA is looking to oust Mahayuti over anti-incumbency in the state.
Amid tight security, the counting would start on Saturday morning with the officials of Election Commission of India (ECI) opening the postal ballots votes at 8 am. In all, the elections for the 288 Assembly constituencies were conducted in a peaceful manner three days ago.
