Lalithaa Jewellery Rs 1700 Crore IPO From August 17

Mumbai: Three initial public offerings by Lalithaa Jewellery Mart, Shankesh Jewellers and Sunshine Pictures aim to raise Rs 2349 crore next week.

Chennai based Lalithaa Jewellery Mart announced Rs 1700 crore IPO in price band of Rs 190 to Rs 201 per equity share of Rs 5 each from Aug.17 to Aug.19. Mumbai based Shankesh Jewellers announced Rs 367 crore IPO in the price band of Rs 88 to Rs 93 per share of Rs 5 each opening on Aug.18 and closes on August 20, 2026.

Film maker Vipul Shah owned Sunshine Pictures announced Rs 282 crore IPO in the price band of Rs 342 to Rs 360 per equity share of Rs 10 face value, from Aug.18 to Aug.20, 2026.

Lalithaa Jewellery's IPO is a mix of fresh issue of Rs 1200 crore and an offer for sale of Rs 500 crore by promoter Kiran Kumar Jain. Net proceeds worth Rs 990 crore from the fresh issue will be used to open 20 new retail stores along with inventory in Tamil Nadu. Presently Lalithaa Jewellery operates 61 retail stores in 51 cities across Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Karnataka and Puducherry.

Shankesh Jewellers IPO is also a mix of fresh issue worth Rs 274.2 crore and offer for sale by promoter shareholders worth Rs 93 crore. The net proceeds from the fresh issue will be used to pay debt worth Rs 158 crore and Rs 38 crore in funding working capital requirements.

Shankesh Jewellers is a hand crafted jewellery maker for leading jewellery brands in India and operates mainly as a B2B company.

Mumbai based Sunshine Pictures public issue is also a mix of fresh issue worth Rs 172.80 crore and an offer for sale of Rs 109.33 crore by Vipul Amrutlal Shah and Shefali Vipul Shah.The proceeds of the fresh issue of up to Rs 112.5 crore will be utilized for funding the working capital requirements and the balance for general corporate purpose.

Sunshine Pictures is a production-house engaged in the business of producing, marketing and distribution of films, TV serials and web series.
