Indian Army Ex-Captain Recounts His Encounter With Al-Qaeda Terrorists

According to a news report, Singh also shared that his team suddenly came under Al-Qaeda attack once, which resulted in one of the soldiers getting martyred.

Recently, an Indian army ex- Captain, Khogendra Singh, reflected on Operation Sindoor and said, "The Indian Army today is far more advanced in terms of weaponry than it was earlier. Not just Pakistan, any country that tries to challenge India will not succeed."

Singh, a resident of Lakhipur, Assam, has served 37 years in the Indian army. While working, he was posted to some areas of Jammu and Kashmir and the India-Pakistan border in Punjab.
According to a news report, Singh also shared that his team suddenly came under Al-Qaeda attack once, which resulted in one of the soldiers getting martyred.
Thereupon, Singh and his team made a counter-attack in which five terrorists were severely injured but managed to escape the Line of Control (LOC) into Pakistan. However, Captain Khogendra Singh crossed into Pakistan along with his team and located the five Al-Qaeda terrorists and killed them. In a courageous and symbolic gesture, he brought their severed heads to India.
