Incuspaze Names Hyderabad South India Hub, Acquires iKeva

Workspace solutions provider targets Rs 1,000 crore revenue within three years as it expands across South India and gears up for a public listing.

Flexible workspace solutions provider Incuspaze has announced Hyderabad as its strategic hub for South India after acquiring iKeva, while raising Rs 150 crore in fresh funding to fuel expansion and prepare for a planned IPO in FY29.

The funding round was led by Bharat Value Fund and other financial institutions. The company said the capital will be used to strengthen its presence in key commercial markets, invest in technology and pursue strategic acquisitions.

With the acquisition of iKeva, Incuspaze now operates more than 80 centres across India. The deal adds 18 centres and over 5 lakh sq. ft. of managed workspace across Hyderabad and Bengaluru, strengthening the company's presence in South India and accelerating its enterprise, Global Capability Centre (GCC) and managed workspace growth strategy.

In Hyderabad, Incuspaze currently manages over 5 lakh sq. ft. of workspace and plans to add another 5 lakh sq. ft. by the end of FY27, taking its total footprint in the city to 1 million sq. ft.

Speaking at a media interaction in Hyderabad, Founder and CEO Sanjay Choudhary said South India represents one of the biggest growth opportunities for India's workspace industry.

He said Hyderabad offers a strong ecosystem of global enterprises, GCCs, technology firms and startups, making it the ideal location to lead the company's regional expansion strategy.

Choudhary said Incuspaze aims to become a Rs 1,000 crore revenue company within the next three years through a combination of organic growth, strategic acquisitions and deeper engagement with enterprise customers. He added that South India will play a significant role in achieving this milestone.

Highlighting the region's growing importance, Managing Partner-India Sanjay Chatrath said South India continues to attract major GCC investments and multinational companies, creating strong demand for flexible, enterprise-grade workplace solutions.

The acquisition is also expected to generate operational efficiencies, technology integration and revenue synergies as the company prepares for a potential public listing within the next 24 to 36 months.

With Hyderabad serving as its South India headquarters, Incuspaze said it will continue investing in workplace innovation, customer experience and enterprise-focused managed office solutions across the region.
