Hyderabad: Prof. K. Seetharamulu and V. Ramkishan Rao from the civil engineering batch of 1956, the oldest alumni, were felicitated at the University College of Engineering (A), Osmania University, Global Alumni Meet on Sunday. The event was being hosted after three years.
The general board meeting during the celebration provided a platform for alumni updates and networking. Festivities included stalls, games, and poster presentations on 'Perspectives and challenges in engineering on the moon'. Certificates and cash prizes were given to recognize outstanding academic achievements.
Dr D. Vijay Kumar and OU Vice Chancellor Prof. D. Ravinder and Dr D. Vijay Kumar were present at the event. Spectrum, a live band featuring students, entertained the gathering.
