Political parties roll out peppy numbers to catch electorate interest

With folk beat in the background, the song also raves about Revanth's guts to question the ruling dispensation about injustice to commoners

With the election fever reaching its peak, all political parties in Telangana are busy campaigning and chalking out strategies to outwit their rivals.

Leaders are leaving no stone unturned to influence the voters. As part of it, several songs praising the political leaders and showcasing their greatness are doing the rounds. These songs are being played at public meetings ad have gone viral on social media platforms.

One such song from the Congress camp hails Telangana Pradesh Congress Committee (TPCC) chief Revanth Reddy as a ‘lion’ and the ‘mighty Sun’. With folk beat in the background, the song also raves about Revanth’s guts to question the ruling dispensation about injustice to the commoners and that Revanth goes all out to bring the guilty to book. Revanth can also fight for the farmers and bring a smile on the faces of the underprivileged, as per the lyrics.

Meanwhile, a song composed by the BRS party urges the electorate to remember the color of the party's flag and also symbol while casting their vote.

The song is set in lush green fields indicating the efforts of the BRS government in improving the life of the farmers in Telagnana. The BRS, time and again, had been making tall claims about constructing the multi-crore Kaleshwaram project which it claims had improved the lives of lakhs of farmers.

The BJP too is not far behind. The party has attempted to highlight the increased response from the people for its public meetings and roadshows. The peppy number, with drumbeats, shows Bandi Sanjay as the hero of the party and the role of his leadership in enhancing BJP’s image among the public.

Irrespective of the party, the songs are so catchy that the general public can't stop humming the song.
