Prominents Requested to Visit Sri Paiditalli Ammavaru Temple

Visakhapatnam: Deputy Speaker Kolagatla Veerabhadraswamy requested celebrities and prominent persons to visit the Sri Paiditalli Ammavaru temple for the Sirimanotsavam Jatara.

“I will also be visiting the temple on Monday and request others to do the same,” he said.

The Deputy Speaker added that priority is being given to devotees coming from other areas and faraway places. "We have made arrangements to ensure that there is no inconvenience to devotees," he said.

On Saturday, Kolagatla Veerabhadraswamy inspected the temple and surrounding areas and met with revenue, temple, and police officials to review the arrangements for the Sirimanotsavam Jatara.

“We are expecting more devotees to visit the Jatra this year. We are making arrangements accordingly,” he told the media. “We are providing adequate shade, drinking water, and buttermilk to devotees with the help of voluntary organizations. We have also requested police officials to take appropriate measures to prevent any untoward incidents during the festival.”

Entertainment programmes such as a mega musical night and anandobrahma have been organised in 13 venues for the three-day festival. An exhibition of all India DWCRA products has also been organised.
