Hyderabad: Rs 1 lakh for clues on robbery suspects
Hyderabad: The Cyberabad police announced a Rs 1 lakh reward for clues on the robbers who attacked a driver and looted two persons last Sunday.
N. Bhujanga Rao, ACP Kukatpally, who is monitoring the investigation, said that the suspects belong to the Old City. Earlier, the police had released the sketches of the suspects.
The unidentified robbers went on a looting spree on Sunday night. They targeted a SUV and attacked the driver and robbed the GPS device from the car. Later, they looted jewellery from two passersby and fled away on their bikes.
As per the victims, the suspects are aged around 30 years and were using a bike without a number plate. The police said that the suspects used a modified Bajaj Pulsar and the bike did not have a number plate in the rear side.
The police said that one of them is 5 feet 10 inch tall and had a kerchief tied to his hair. The second person is 5 feet 4 inch tall.
