Hyderabad: B. Rahul Kumar, regional Provident Fund commissioner-II, Patancheru, stated that 31 cases had been processed as of March 27 during the Nidhi Aapke Nikat 2.0 outreach programme, under the Prayaas initiative of the Employees’ Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO) for the disbursement of pension under the Employees’ Pension Scheme, 1995.
The Pension Payment Orders were handed over to 10 EPS members/pensioners under the scheme, at a programme held at GHMC auditorium, west zone office, Serilingampally.
The PPOs were handed over by Kumar, GHMC joint commissioner L.P. Malla Reddy and GHMC financial adviser Y. Sowmya.
Prospective pensioners belonging to Ramachandrapuram Toshibha Transmission (P) Ltd, Rudraram; Asian Paints, Patancheru; Visakha Industries Ltd, Velimala, Patancheru; and Aurobindo Pharma Ltd, Hyderabad, among others, were elated about getting PPOs in the month of their retirement.
