The secretariat accused RSS of targeting top leaders of CPM to create law and order problem in the state. The attacks are part of Sangh Parivar agenda to foment violence which was also on display at the demonstration against Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan during his recent Delhi visit.
Last month Sangh Parivar activists tried to disrupt a reception organised by Malayalee Associations' for the chief minister in Bhopal. The CPM alleged that RSS had directed its cadre in other states to target ministers and leaders of the party. They are also planning to attack public meetings addressed by top CPM leaders in an attempt to trigger violence. The secretariat asked party workers against getting provoked by such attacks. Instead, party units should mobilise public opinion against RSS violence and expose their designs, it said.
