Munnar row: Revenue department gets go-ahead from CPI

The executive said that the department should also ensure early distribution of pattayms to those who have settled before 1.1.1977.

Thiruvananthapuram: CPI state executive on Wednesday asked revenue minister E. Chandrashekharan to go ahead with the drive to remove all big encroachments in Munnar area without succumbing to the pressures of vested interests or giving time off to encroachers. The executive said that the department should also ensure early distribution of pattayms to those who have settled before 1.1.1977.
