KOZHIKODE: Surprised at the police nabbing those who assaulted an actress in record time, parents of Jishnu Pranoy, the engineering college student who was found dead in Thrissur, demanded that the state government arrest the accused including P. Krishnadas, chairman, Nehru Group by Tuesday.
Addressing media on Sunday Jishnu’s mother Mahija and father PK Ashokan said, “Fifty days are over and the government proved it can act swiftly in cases related to actress in which police arrested the accused in two days.”
