Last date for YSR Lifetime Achievement and YSR Achievement 2023 awards is August 31

Vijayawada: Applications for the YSR Lifetime Achievement and YSR Achievement 2023 awards being presented by the AP government will be accepted till August 31.

The state government is awarding YSR Lifetime Achievement and YSR Achievement Awards to individuals as also organisations excelling in public service. This is decided on the lines of what the central government does vis-à-vis such recognitions, said Information and PR commissioner Vijay Reddy here on Friday.

The applicants should provide information about their achievements and services, not exceeding one page, but including details such as their phone number and e-mail id.

There is no limit on nominations. Any number of entries can be registered and the last date for receipt of nominations is August 31, 2023, he said. The mail id is secy-political@ap.gov.in and the heads of departments and collectors would take steps to send the applications of the meritorious candidates from their respective regions.

Those who have excelled at the national and international levels in the fields of arts, social service, public affairs, science and engineering, trade and industry, medicine, literature and education, civil service, sports and others fields can expect due recognition.
