Hyderabad: Over 300 Christians from across the state gathered at the Millenium Methodist Church in Secunderabad to pray for peace in Manipur. The group held fasting prayers from 9 am to 3 pm on Tuesday.
"We prayed that God will bless the leaders in power with wisdom to take the right decisions that would benefit everybody and bring peace, calm and back to the state of Manipur. We prayed against any bad consequences and for patience and comfort for the victims and love in the hearts of the perpetrators," said Akshay Solomon, who gathered for the fasting prayers.
