KAKINADA: K. Dharma Sastha assumed charge as Port Officer Kakinada as full additional charge on Monday.
He previously worked as Port Officer in Kakinada Port, but he was transferred to Machilipatnam Port in 2019, when a boat capsized on River Godavari near Kachuluru.
