Thrissur: The Leader of Opposition Mr. V.S. Achuthanadan on Monday released his mobile app for election campaign at Palakkad Press Club. Film director Mr. M.G Sasi officially released the app. After Prime Minister Narendra Modi, VS was the second politician in India to land such an app, said CPM supporters.
A group of young techies from Techonopark, Thiruvananthapuram are behind the venture. The app is currently available in android phones and it can be downloaded from Google Play Store and it will have the latest videos, speeches and press releases of the veteran leader.
The app is equipped with audio and video galleries. There is also an interactive option in the app in which the public can share their views and opinions with Mr. V.S. Achuthanandan.
