Lucknow: Filmmaker Shirish Kunder has landed in trouble for his series of tweets against UP Chief Minister Adityanath Yogi.
The filmmaker tweeted “Hoping a goon will stop rioting once he’s allowed to rule is like expecting a rapist to stop raping once he’s allowed to rape.”
In another tweet, he stated that “Going by the logic of making a goon as Chief Minister so that he behaves, Dawood can be CBI director and Mallya - RBI Governor.”
The filmmaker has now apologised for his tweets.
