Hyderabad: President confers awards on 2 UoH students

Soujanya and Hari Krishna were among the 30 NSS volunteers selected from out of 38 lakh volunteers all over the country.

Hyderabad: Two NSS volunteers of University of Hyderabad, Menthri Soujanya and V. Hari Krishna, have brought laurels to UoH by receiving the National NSS Award from President Ramnath Kovind at the Rashtrapati Bhavan in New Delhi on Tuesday.

The two students were shortlisted under Volunteer Category for the services rendered by them during various programmes and events held at the university, state and national levels.

Soujanya and Hari Krishna were among the 30 NSS volunteers selected from out of 38 lakh volunteers all over the country. While Soujanya has completed her M. Phil in CALTS, School of Humanities, Hari Krishna has done his Integrated MA from the Department of Hindi.
