Bengaluru: One more passenger succumbed to burn injuries sustained during the Tuesday's KSRTC bus fire incident on the city outskirts. The deceased has been identified as Mamatha (30) and she died at Victoria hospital on Friday evening."Her family has been provided Rs 5 lakh compensation, besides Rs 15,000 for her funeral," officials informed.
Last wish
According to hospital sources, Mamatha's last wish was to see her estranged husband Suresh, who had separated six months ago.
Suresh visited Mamatha and she pleaded with him to stop drinking and take care of their son. He assured her that he would do the same, sources added.
