Hyderabad: General police observer Vijay Singh Menon, an additional DG rank of officer from Uttar Pradesh, on Thursday visited Narketpally police station and reviewed the situation ahead of the November 30 Assembly elections.
Menon also visited sensitive areas in Nalgonda on Thursday. Narketpally sub-inspector D. Saida Babu briefed Menon on the law and order situation and measures taken to prevent untoward incidents. The SI told that a few offenders had been bound over in view of the model code of conduct.
