Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy would deposit a financial assistance of Rs 231 crore to fishermen at a programme in Nizampatnam (DC)
VISAKHAPATNAM: Chief Minister Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy will launch this year’s Amma Vodi programme in Chinamerangi in Parvathipuram of Manyam district on June 28. The Chief Minister will be visiting the district for the first time.
Vizianagaram zilla parishad chairman Majji Srinivasa Rao, MLC and CM office coordinator Talsila Raghuram, MLC Palavalasa Vikrant, former minister Pamula Pushpa Srivani, MLA Alajangi Joga Rao and district collector Nishant Kumar visited the proposed helipad and public meeting venue at Chinamerangi on Friday.
Since a huge gathering was expected for the meeting as the chief minister was visiting for the first time, the MLAs asked the officials to arrange barricades and provide drinking water facilities.
