Python, cobra create panic in Tirumala
The six-foot- long cobra was noticed by some devotees.
Tirumala: A 10-foot-long python spotted at Tirumala hills caused a scare on Thursday. The python was found at around 12 noon on the premises of a Kalyana mandapam near the Papa Vinasanam. Those who saw the python took to their heels. However, some of the employees informed the TTD forest officials and they summoned Bhaskar Naidu, who catches snakes.
He rushed to the spot immediately, caught the python and released it in the forest much to the relief of everyone around.
Similarly, a cobra was found at around 1 pm near the GNC tollgate. The six-foot- long cobra was noticed by some devotees. Vigilance officials who got the information again summoned Bhaskar Naidu and he captured the cobra and released it in the forest.
