TS Eamcet Agriculture: 2nd ranker's doctor parents want son too to be doctor

Hyderabad: G.P. Sundar Reddy, the second-rank-holder in TS Eamcet Agriculture test, comes from a doctor’s family in Ongole. His parents are doctors — father G. Madhukiran Reddy, a neurosurgeon and mother G. Bhagirathi Devi who works in the state run-Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Medical Sciences in Ongole.

His elder sister is a house surgeon in Belgaum, Karnataka. Sundar also wants to become a doctor. He got 42nd rank in AP Eamcet 2017, but put up an improved show by bagging a commendable second rank in TS Eamcet.

Sundar’s mother said he did his Intermediate study from a corporate college in Vijayawada and his focus was now on AIIIMS, New Delhi, for which the entrance test is to be held in a few days.’ She said they are not giving much importance to the rank in TS Eamcet because their goal is to see Sundar becoming a doctor.
