What are the issues that you are highlighting in this election?
The incumbent MLA has not done anything in the constituency. We gave them Indira canteen and if I come to power, I will definitely want to work towards the development of the constituency. Mr Satish Reddy indulges in rowdyism, which scares people.
How do you see the contest in this election?
I can just say that people are fed up with the misrule of the BJP in the constituency for the last 10 years. When I visit the constituency, I get a sense that people want change. This rowdyism will not work in the election.
You did not want to contest from Bommanahalli initially. Since you are contesting now, are you confident of winning?
Yes. I did not want the ticket from this constituency but when the party high command reposed faith in me, I thought of fighting. Moreover, I know how to convince people, so there is 100 % possibility of me winning this election.
