Popular Front condemns Leader’s arrest

The party failed to attract the youth having political ambitions, now trying to strengthen its foundation through educational and social works.

Hyderabad: Popular Front of India (PFI) has condemned the arrest of its leader Mohammed Sajid in Nizamabad and alleged that the Police personnel are harassing their cadre and denied fundamental rights.

PFI came to existence in 2006 in Kerala is trying to emerge as a political outfit, but it’s under the radar of security agencies since its inception and considering to impose a ban on it.

The party failed to attract the youth having political ambitions, now trying to strengthen its foundation through educational and social works.

As a part of its agenda PFI is grounding tuition centres in selected areas where the dropout ratio is higher.

In Nizamabad, PFI planned to establish three tuition centres in Nizam Colony, Painter Colony and Gundaram village this month, but before it starts activities Police and officials of the civic body demolished the temporary structure citing illegal construction.
