CPM flays RSS threat to CM Pinarayi Vijayan Mangaluru meet
The chief minister is scheduled to address a communal harmony rally at Mangaluru.
Thiruvananthapuram: CPM state secretary Kodiyeri Balakrishnan on Tuesday called for protest against Sangh Parivar threat to stop chief minister Pinarayi Vijayan from taking part in a communal harmony public meeting in Mangulru on February 25. The chief minister is scheduled to address a communal harmony rally at Mangaluru. The decision of RSS to prevent the chief minister of a neighbouring state from addressing a rally was a challenge to the federal system of the country. The Sangh Parivar decision to observe a hartal in Mangaluru on February 25 exposed the its fascist face, he added. He asked the central leadership of RSS and BJP to comment on the issue.
