Thiruvananthapuram: Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan will inaugurate Save Our Fellow Traveller (SOFT), a volunteer-based project to save accident victims at Tagore theatre on Monday. On the same day, cine actor Mohanlal will inaugurate a Smart Traffic Class Room at Pattom Girl's high school to routinely educate children on road traffic norms. The SOFT programme inauguration will be followed by screening of traffic awareness short films for children.
An activity book will be distributed with aim to keep students aware about road safety through drawing challenges. Also a road safety based 3D Game will be launched on the day and it will be available for download from Playstore for android base phone users. The smart classroom at Pattom will equip schools to take children on a day's class for session on road safety awareness. Massive space equipped with audio-visual aids will be inaugurated by cine actor at around 10 am.
