Visakhapatnam: City police commissioner Dr. A. Ravi Shankar on Tuesday ordered a drive against minors driving motor vehicles in Visakhapatnam city. Around a hundred of them were caught without driving licenses.
Vizag police conducted a special counselling programme for around 200 youth and their parents at the City Police Kalyanamandapam.
