Diwakar's top aide lodges complaint on video
Anantapur: Controversy continues to surround the Tadipathri incident with former Guntakal MLA K. Madhusudhan Guptha, close aide of J.C. Diwakar Reddy, lodging a complaint against Prabhodananda over the video and rhe alleged comments against Hindu Gods.
Quoting a poem of saint Vemana, Prabodananda had made certain comments seen as against Hindu Gods Lord Vishnu, Brahma and Eeswara and Vedavyas.
By using abusing language, the saint had critised Hindu gods during an address to his followers.
The video had gone viral on social media. Mr Madhusudhan Guptha lodged a complaint against Trita Bhagavad Gita Ashram organiser Prabhodananda for making ugly statements against Hindu religious gods. Though, the video had gone viral on social media a few days earlier, no one had earlier objected to the video speech of the self-styled saint Prabhodananda.
However, because of the differences between certain groups involving Chinna Polamada in Tadipathri mandal there were clashes in which one person was killed and several others sustained serious injuries.
Sources revealed the ashram organiser has not visited the Chinna Polamada Asrham for the past three years, but was delivering discourses through LED screens.
Police officers were trying to locate Prabhodananda who was reportedly staying in some other part of the country but none of the locally caretakers and organisers had any idea about the whereabouts of Prabhodananda.
Gooty police registered two cases against Prabhod-ananda based on a complaint by the former MLA and former DCC president K. Madhusudhan Guptha for making ugly comments against the Hindu Gods. Mr Guptha observed the comments hurt Hindu devotees.
