Hyderabad: Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TSCHE) has advised students desiring admissions into B.pharmacy and Pharma D courses in Pharmacy colleges of the state for the academic year 2017-2018 to ensure select PCI approval colleges before getting admitted into pharma courses under both convenor and management quota seats.
TSCHE has also advised students that the pharmacy colleges in which they are seeking admissions should have approval granted by the pharmacy council of India New Delhi under section 12 of the PCI Act, as well as affiliation granted by the concern University for the academic year 2017-2018.
PCI approval is granted to an institution for the purpose of registration of qualified students from the related course of study as a pharmacist. TSCHE has advised pharmacy aspirants to check the list of PCI approved colleges on the official website of PCI at www.pci.nic.in for the admissions.
