Hyderabad: As many as 108 drunken driving cases were booked on Saturday during special operations in Jubliee Hills and Banjara Hills. These included 57 two-wheelers and 51 four-wheelers. Those arrested include three woman drivers.
The operations were conducted in five different locations - Chiranjeevi Blood bank, Film Nagar, TS Study Circle, Neerus Madhapur Junction and Road Number 36/10.
Traffic Inspector P Balavanthaiah from Jubliee Hills said, ''The special operations were conducted between 11pm and 2pm. Most of the offenders had above 36 points of blood alcohol content (BAC). One of them was riding with an BAC level of 237.
