Hyderabad: Commuters travelling to the Shamshabad airport were caught up in traffic jams following uprooted trees and hoardings falling on the roads.
“We are stuck on Masab Tank road, half a kilometre from the PVNR expressway. The traffic is not moving from half an hour,” said Jubilee Hills resident M.R. Gupta.
Traffic slowed down on the expressway after a hoarding fell on it. Due to bad weather, a Spicejet flight from Chennai was diverted to Vijayawada.
