Kerala: List of ministers' assets on government website

Autonomous bodies and panchayati raj institutions will also associate with the programmes.

Thiruvananthapuram: The state Cabinet which met here on Wednesday took some key decisions. One of the important decisions was that the details of assets of ministers will be published on the government website.

Kerala Piravi: The Cabinet on Wednesday also decided to observe the 60th anniversary of Kerala Piravi as a year- long celebrations. The celebrations with the theme ‘Sixty years of United Kerala: from renaissance to New Kerala” will begin on November 1. Prominent personalities from social and cultural field would take part in the programmes jointly organised by Information and Public Relations and cultural department. Autonomous bodies and panchayati raj institutions will also associate with the programmes.

Vizhinjam: The Cabinet approved the rehabilitation package for employees of eight resorts who would surrender their land for the Vizhinjam International Seaport Project. The package for Rs 6.11 crore will benefit 211 employees. Papiniserry anti venom treatment society: Papiniserry anti venom treatment society has been given sanction to construct the new building for the BPharm, BSc nursing and para medical course.

Committee on elderly persons: A retired high court judge will head the committee to conduct a probe into suggestion for the welfare of senior citizens.
