Kochi: The seventh edition of Kerala’s premier hospitality equipment exhibition, HotelTech Kerala, will be held from September 22 to 24 at the Rajiv Gandhi Indoor Stadium, Kadavanthra. The event will provide a unique opportunity for the hospitality sector in the state to identify suppliers related to their sector. The show will also facilitate and provide national and local manufacturers an opportunity to meet with hoteliers, restaurant and resort owners from all over Kerala.
The 6th Edition of Kerala Culinary Challenge (KCC) 2017 will also be held from September 21 - 23, at the same venue. Chefs from hotels and resorts across Kerala are invited to take part in the event and vie for top honours. The culinary challenge is supported and endorsed by Kerala Chapter of South India Culinary Association. HotelTech 2017 will showcase the following sectors - hotel supplies, hospitality and technology, equipments for hotels, restaurants and bakery, cleaning equipment & services, hospitality information systems and other services.
