Thiruvananthapuram: Directorate of Higher Secondary Education published the first allotment list for Plus One courses on the website www.hscap.kerala.gov.in on Sunday ahead of its schedule. Of the 5, 01,180 who applied for the allotment, 2, 38, 491 were included in the first allotment. Those who are allotted seats as per the allotment should take admissions in schools from Monday to Wednesday.
Students who got allotments will have to join the schools concerned before 5 pm on June 22. In case they did not take admissions before the stipulated time, they will not be considered for future allotments. The students who received the admission will have two options.
They can take temporary or permanent admission. In the case of temporary admissions, there is no need to pay the fee. They can also cancel the admission. Applications for the higher option should be submitted to the school where the students sought admission. Even if the name of student figured in the first allotment list, they could get admissions during the second allotment.
