Senior citizen on padayatra from Amaravati to join the Telugu Desam Mahanadu

He decided to follow Mr Naidu, so decided to conduct the walkathon seeking smooth construction of Amaravati without any hurdles.

Amaravati: A 74-year-old-person launched a padayatra from Amaravati capital foundation place Uddandarayunipalem to Tirupati seeking to restrain hurdles for the world-class Amaravati establishment.

B. Subba Rao belonging to A. Kondur village in Koduru mandal of Krishna district started the walkathon at Uddandarayunipalem on Tuesday and will reach Tirupati on May 27 to join the Telugu Desam Mahanadu.

Mr Subba Rao praised Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu for arduously working for the development of residuary AP which was badly affected from bifurcation. He said that Land Pooling Scheme (LPS) is the best method for farmers as they will get a chance to live in the world-class Amaravati.

He said that Mr Naidu is a good administrator of all times and only he can build world-class Amaravati showing the pride of Andhras to the world. He decided to follow Mr Naidu, so decided to conduct the walkathon seeking smooth construction of Amaravati without any hurdles.

Mr Subba Rao said that he will walk 35 km per day, take rest in the nearest village during night and will resume the padayatra the next day. He said that he will complete the padyatra at Tirupati to join the Mahanadu on May 27 and would meet Mr Naidu there.

He recalled that last year he conducted a padayatra from A Kondur to Uddandarayunipalem before Amaravati foundation ceremony and added that this is his second padayatra for Amaravati.
