Veteran actress car runs into lorry on Mumbai-Pune Expressway

Mumbai: Actress Shabana Azmi was injured in an accident on Saturday afternoon on the Mumbai-Pune Expressway in Maharashtra's Raigad district, officials said.
Mumbai Mirror, quoting Raigad superintendent of police Anil Paraskar, reported that the incident took place at around 3.30 pm near Khalapur, over 60 km from Mumbai, when her car ran into a truck.
The newspaper reported that the actress was rushed to MGM Hospital in Navi Mumbai.
