Pay arrears for special training centres in 4 weeks, HC tells Mahbubnagar collector

The court observed that the action of the state government filing such a petition with 'false allegations' amounted to an interference in the discharge of judicial functions.
Hyderabad: Justice T. Vijaysen Reddy of the Telangana High Court directed payment of arrears for running special training centres at Kosgi mandal of Mahbubnagar district as per the National Child Labour Project guidelines.
The judge was dealing with a writ plea filed by Akshara Foundation working in the space of special training at Nandyanaik tanda and Urakunta. The judge directed the Mahbubnagar collector to pay the arrears of about Rs 17 lakh within four weeks.
