The Guru, who reformed Hindu Dharma by removing inherent rot, is the greatest revolutionary the State has seen. He was careful not to insult the dharma even while raising his voice against decadent practices. His actions are a lesson to pseudo secularists who have not hesitated to run down the culture and traditions in the name of modernization. Those who try to appropriate him now, realizing the growing acceptance of Guru’s thoughts, used to ridicule him once.

When Jan Sangh’s first national meeting was held in Kozhikode, the meeting venue was christened after the Guru. Those who try to spread the opposite impression were violating the Guru’s ideals, said Mr Vijayan, adding that Guru made the ‘No caste’ proclamation to send out this message.
